If we can not find a solution by e-mail or on the telephone, you may have your notebook checked by our experienced technicians in the IPC service workshop. Incidentally, when issuing a repair order, the solution proposal in the service workshop is free of charge.
Easy off the purchase price: Of course, if another component is required or a technician repairs your device, we charge the cost of already paid replacement parts.
These return policies apply to all items stored directly by IPC and are valid for all end consumers with residence and delivery addresses in Germany. The returned products must be in a visually and technically perfect condition.
