In order to achieve a longer runtime of your notebook, this battery can be used to
replace a standard 3 cell battery installed in models with a 2.5” hard disk.
Please note that due to the longer design of this battery, the hard disk can be removed and no longer used. As an alternative to the conventional hard disk, the system can be upgraded with a faster M.2 SSD, which will significantly increase the speed of your notebook in addition to the longer runtime.
