A display unit defect can occur in the form of a cracked or broken screen, but also as stripes, flickering or dark spots. The cause is usually a fall or other mechanical effects. Individual pixel errors are faulty pixels, which either show no or the wrong color. A completely black image does not necessarily mean that the display is faulty. The problem can also be caused elsewhere.
